CLASSES & ASSESSMENT

Classes will take place on the Astro Turf downstairs by the Gym area every Tuesday & Thursday at 5.15pm - 6.15pm.
 
You will be required to sign in at the beginning of every session.
 
2 assessments will  take place in the duration of the challenge.
1.   At sign up
2.   at the end of 12 week challenge.
 
All personal information will be treated as highly confidential.
 

What kind of exercises will we be doing? 

The group classes will consist of rounds of exercise consisting of body weight exercises and short cardio bursts.
It will start off with basic exercise and sufficient rest periods , thereafter progressing week by week.
These classes are for everyone as we start with easy exercise and leave sufficient time for the body to recover and adapt and ready for the next session.
Week by week you will feel yourself getting fitter and a new sense of well being.

- Exercise Clothes & Shoes
- Water Bottle
- Sweat Towel
- Yoga Mat (optional)
