Book your one-on-one assessment session with our personal trainer. This will allow us to track your progress.

You can make your 10min booking at reception, with Thandiswe, as soon as you have signed up.

Assessment will take place from 26 & 27 August 2015. Please see timeslots avaible at reception.
By signing up to join the challenge you agree to donate 1kg of food for every class missed.
Penalties count for every single class missed, whether it be due to leave, travel, off sick ... no matter the reason.
