Step 2: book your assessment session

  • Book your one-on-one assessment session with our personal trainer. This will allow us to track your progress.

  • You can make your 10min booking at reception, with Thandiswe, as soon as you have signed up.

  • Assessment will take place from 26 & 27 August 2015. Please see timeslots avaible at reception.

 

 

By signing up to join the challenge you agree to donate 1kg of food for every class missed.

​Penalties count for every single class missed, whether it be due to leave, travel, off sick ... no matter the reason.
